Vendors & Subprocessors

Riviera uses a small number of subprocessors to operate the Service. This page lists each one, what it’s used for, and what data it may process. We’ll update this list as our vendor set changes.
Vercel
Purpose: Application hosting and deployment.
Data processed: Request/response data in transit; no persistent customer data storage.
Supabase
Purpose: Primary database — merchant, menu, and order data.
Data processed: Merchant profile, menu/pricing data, order records, agent request logs.
Stripe
Purpose: Payment link generation and authorization, where a merchant uses Stripe payment links.
Data processed: Payment authorization status and amount. Riviera does not store full card details.
Resend
Purpose: Transactional email delivery — merchant order notifications and customer order-status emails.
Data processed: Recipient email address, order details included in the notification content.
Anthropic (Claude)
Purpose: AI assistant integration — the primary agent surface Riviera currently supports.
Data processed: Agent tool-call requests made on a customer's behalf (menu reads, quotes, order submission).
